Refund policy

Bodu Goods has a 30-day return policy from the day in which the item was received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, first contact support@bodugoods.com. If accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges
We do not exchange items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to create a return. Then once the return is accepted, place a new order.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you'll receive notification whether the refund is approved. If approved, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear.
